Ekiti State takes tree planting to NSCDC Headquarters

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ekiti State has taken its tree planting exercise to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Command Headquarters in the state on 20th July, 2018.

The activity, led by the State Qaid, Bro. Abdullateef Abdulazeez and lasted for about an hour, was attended by the Second-in-Command, State NSCDC, Ahmodu Isa Baba and the Representative of Imam of the Command Officer, Kareem Adejumo as four trees were planted in two locations within the command while flyers of the tree planting campaign was given to the officers.

The trees planted are Almond fruit and masquerade trees.

In his reaction, Isa Baba commended the Majlis Khuddam for such blessed humanitarian service and prayed that the trees would grow and be of blessed use to the command while promising to conduct the state commandant around to see the trees and encouraged that more of such should be done by the Majlis.

In his response, the Qaid appreciated their kind gesture and the manner Majlis was received, promising that further activities would be extended to the command.

The event was attended by 10 Majlis Khuddam, a tifl and two officers of the NSCDC.
