Edo/Delta State holds mini Ijtema as Aba-Alamu organizes vocational training


Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Edo/Delta State has held its mini Ijtema at Iviukhua between 15th and 17th March, 2019.

The programme was aimed at preparing Majlis members towards the forthcoming National Ijtema holding in Lagos between 18th and 21st April, 2019.

A number of lectures on contemporary issues were delivered which include: Trust by Muallim Monsoor Bonojo and Attaining and Sustaining Piety by Maulvi Abdulhafeez Akere.

An Interactive session on ‘Our Spouses as Helpmates to Success’ was anchored by Mallam Yakubu Mustafa, while Etiquette of Ijtema was presented by Bro. Islam Mustafa, Naib Sadr (South-East Region).

In addition, indoor and outdoor games, intellectual competitions, question and answer sessions, Tilawatul Qur’an, Ilaqa Meeting, paper presentations and lots more were held.

The event was attended by 66 Khuddam as Lajna Imaillah members also played their weighty role in good number behind the scene.

In another development, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Aba-Alamu Locality has held a free vocational training for students of FAMZAD Model School.

During the two-hour vocational training, 61 students, 7 school staff members, 2 Lajna and 4 Majlis members were trained on how to produce liquid soaps and Izals.

The School Proprietress, Mrs F.M. Adewale and a teacher, Mr Akande appreciated the training organized by the Majlis.
