380 students, 10 teachers benefit from Kwara State STCC

No fewer than 380 students and 10 teachers of Government Day Secondary School, Fate, Ilorin benefited from the Stop the Crime Campaign held by Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Kwara State on 27th March, 2019.

The campaign is an educative programme meant to disabuse the minds of youths from indulging in crime and other criminal activities.

In his remarks, Bro. Abdussalaam Shakur reiterated and buttressed the essence of the campaign.

Thereafter, a comprehensive speech was delivered by Bro. Abdussalam AbdulRofeeq who explained the concept of crime, its meaning, types, causes, effects, punishments and how to curb or shun crime to the entire audience both in English and Yoruba for better understanding.

Besides, the Majlis distributed campaign flyers to staff members and students. Then questions were asked from students on the speech, just as students who got the answers were rewarded with a little token.

The School Councillor appreciated the Majlis for coming to the school with such beautiful ideology and sensitization programme and prayed for their safe return.

The STC Coordinator appreciated God for making the event a success, the Principal, the Administrative Dept, academic and non-academic staff and the students for their listening ears.
