Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Remo, Ijebu-Ode and Ota Districts have held their dignity of labour programmes with a view to improving the sanitation and health conditions of the communities.
Remo Dil’a held its Waqar-e-Amal at Ago Ilara Ilisan Healthcare Centre on 7th April, 2019.
A group of 18 Muslim youths visited the healthcare centre to clear the unwanted grasses surrounding the facility.
The activity, which lasted for one hour, was aimed at making the environment free of mosquitoes and making it healthier for the residents.
In the same vein, Ijebu-Ode Dil’a took its dignity of labour to a public cemetery. Majlis members, numbered 28, went to a public cemetery in the community to carry out their usual selfless service.
During the dignity of labour, the youths planted trees to make shield on the cemetery.
However, Ota Dil’a has sensitized the residents of Sango Ota on healthy living to mark its Waqar-e-Amal programme on 7th April, 2019.
The 40 Majlis members came out en mass to participate actively in the work at Sango Metropolis.
The Sango Ota under bridge was cleaned after the Waqar-e-Amal, with the support of some of the community youths and traffic warden officers.
The cleanliness of surroundings and the sensitization of people of Sango Ota under bridge area was a huge success because of appreciation and prayers showed by the residents and business owners around the community.
At the sensitization, they were encouraged to keep their surroundings clean for better healthy living.
