Osun State awards former Dep. Speaker as Youths President meets Osun Indigenes at Jamia International Ghana

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Osun State has presented certificates of appreciation to two Jama’at members who were state and federal lawmaker, former Deputy Speaker, Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Taiwo Yekeen Sunmonu (2004-2007) and Member, Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Azeez Musibau Olanrewaju (2015-2019).

The awards were presented to them for their outstanding performances, valuable contributions to Osun State and National Assembly and acting in good capacity as excellent ambassadors of Ahmadiyya in the respective legislative chambers.

The Ahmadi Youths Vice President (Naib Sadr), South West, Dr. Sanni Taofeeq presented the award to Hon. Olanrewaju with Osun State Ahmadi Youths President (Qoid), Nurudeen Abd Lateef and Maulvi Mubarak Bello.

In his response, Hon. Olanrewaju appreciated the Majlis Khuddam for the recognition and felt delighted, while promising to remain a good ambassador of the Jama’at at all time.

Meanwhile, Osogbo Circuit President, Mr. Salawu presented the certificate to Hon. Sunmonu with Naib State Qaid Admin, Saheed Alawode.

Hon. Sunmonu could not hide his feeling as he thanked Majlis Khuddam for the wonderful recognition.

In another development, Osun State Ahmadi Youths President, Bro Nurudeen Abdul Lateef, met with Osun Indigenes schooling at Jamia International during the Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ijtema in Ghana between 19th and 22nd September, 2019.

The Osun State Ahmadi Youths President, was one of the six Nigerian delegates led by Naib Sadr, South West to honour the Ghanian invitation extended to Nigeria MKA.

The State President used the opportunity to meet students from Osun State and encouraged them to face their studies with a view to coming out in flying colours in their examinations.

The students were happy to meet the Nigeria delegates especially their State President.
