Agro Investment: Lagos Ilaqa visits Aseyin of Iseyin

To officially inform the Traditional Ruler about the MKAN Agro Invesment in Iseyin Land, Members of the Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Lagos State, clad in the sparkling uniforms, has visited the Aseyin of Iseyin Land, HRH, Oba Abdul Ganiyu Adekunle Salau on Saturday, 25th February 2017.

The team led by the State Qaid, Bro. Shuaib Babmus, accompanied by Alhaji Alaka, one of the Jama’at elders in Iseyin, informed the Aseyin of Iseyin about its intention to embark on an Agric Project in the land and that 50 Acres of land had been acquired from a family and the land had been surveyed.

Details of plantation and other agro businesses were presented to the king. These were done by the State Qaid and the Nazim Sanat-o-Tijarat Officer, who doubles as the Chairman of the MKAN Lagos Agro Investment Committee, Bro. Abdul Lateef Atanda. The Majlis also presented some give items to the traditional ruler.

The Aseyin, in response, appreciated the fact that youth can come together to embark on agricultural projects. He promised the Majlis his full support on the project, saying the Majlis should promptly contact him in case they are facing any challenge especially on land matters.

In his words, the Aseyin mentioned that his prayer is that: “Nigerian oil dries off so that every Nigerian can go back to farm and think of other ways of contributing to the economy.”
Majlis members on the visitation did a tour around on the 50 acres land already acquired for the Agric Project in Iseyin Land.

The Agric Project was initially by the Former State Qaid, Bro. Abd Ganiyy Omopariola and implementation now continues.
