As part of activities marking the preparation for the Northern Region Economic Summit and the forthcoming Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Nigeria National Ijtema billed to hold next year in Zaria, Kaduna Ilaqa has paid a courtesy visit to the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Zaria Command on Tuesday 14th November, 2017.
The representatives of MKAN briefed members of the FRSC about the activities of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at and efforts of the youths to contribute to achieving a better society. The activities of MKAN which will hold in Zaria town such as the Economic Summit, Medical Outreach, Ride For Peace and Zazzau 2018 were disclosed to the command.
While responding to issues disclosed by MKAN, the Command promised to give its full support for the success of the events especially in terms of traffic control during the Ride for Peace and also during the forthcoming Ijtema.
Members of Kaduna Ilaqa also requested to assist the FRSC occasionally during traffic control. The request was granted on the premise that some members would have to undergo training. Thereafter, the FRSC requested for first aid items to be used on accident victims and a promise was made to provide the items.
