Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Edo/Delta State has paid a welfare visitation to members who sustained one form of injury or the other during the accident occurred on their way back from Jalsa Salana (Annual Conference) held at Ilaro between 22nd and 24th December, 2017.
The visitation, held between 13th and 14th January, 2018, got to all the 19 members involved, scattered across the three villages at Agenebode.
The accident, unfortunately, claimed the life of one person. As at the time of the visitation, only one person-the bus driver- was still in the hospital at Ojokoro,Lagos. Every other member was recuperating progressively in their various homes.
During the course of the visit, the team offered prayers, counseling and gifts to the victims and/or their family members with an aim to strengthen them spiritually given the impact of the incident. They especially reached out to the family of the deceased to keep up the faith. Alhamdulillah, all victims and families visited expressed steadfastness and willingness to greater striving for the sake of Allah.
This visit, which lasted for six hours, was led by the Edo/Delta Ilaqa Qaid, Bro. Islam Mustafa and Naib Sadr, SS/SE region, Bro. Suleiman Aminu in conjunction with the Etsako Dil’a Qaid, Bro. Suleman Abu Isa and 27 Khuddam members.
