Ekiti State holds Ride for Peace, visits Ikere Chief Imam

The Majlis khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ekiti State has held its Ride for Peace campaign at Ikere Ekiti Township.

Prior to the exercise, the Majlis paid a courtesy visit to the Chief Imam, Ikere Ekiti and Chief Missioner, Ansar-ud-Deen Ekiti State, Alh Ahmad Abdul Salaam Babatunde, in his residence.

  He welcomed Majlis Khuddam and advised them on the continuous preaching of Islam in a peaceful manner, just as he appreciated them for their love and spirit of brotherhood.

The ride for peace, led by the State Qaid, Bro AbdulLateef AbdulAzeez,  lasted for two hour thirty minutes, covering seven Kilometres in which tabligh leaflets were distributed and short tabligh lectures were also delivered at each junction during the campaign.

A total of 10 bicycle riders, two motorcycles and one motor featured in the campaign with the participation of 24 Majlis members and six Atfal.
