The Ride for Peace Campaign organized by Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Oyo State on 11th November, 2018 has covered a distance of 18.7 kilometres in more than two and a half hours with an average speed of 13.6 kilometres/hours.
According to the Organizer, the programme is aimed at propagating Islam and to also show members of the public that Islam is peace and does not in any way support violence, rancour and hatred in any form.
Among the dignitaries that graced the occasion are: Representative of the Executive Secretary, Agency for Youth Development in Oyo State, Mr. Muyiwa Oladoja; Representative of Sadr Sahib, Naib Sadr South West, Dr. Taofeek Sanni; Chairman, Professional Riders Association of Nigeria, Oyo State Chapter and Motamad MKAN, Bro. Abd.Ghaniy Adiamoh.
