Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Osogbo District has held its 8th orientation programme on Saturday, 2nd February, 2019.
The programme, which theme was ‘Factors Affecting Human Health and the Way Out’, started with a free medical camp.
There were four medical personnel who screened 67 people on blood sugar, hepatitis and blood pressure.
As a result, community members appreciated the effort of the Majlis for organizing such exercise and also requested for its continuity.
On orientation, a mind-blowing lecture was delivered by the guest lecturer, Dr. AbdulGaniyy Ahmad Olanipekun, Naib Sadr (Admin), MKAN. The lecturer reiterated that among factors affecting human health are: age, genetic factor, weather and illiteracy, to mention but a few.
Meanwhile, the presentation of awards was done to honour few distinguished people: Mr. Omopariola Abd. Ganiyy, former Naib Sadr, Southwest and Mr Salawu Karim, the Librarian of Osun State College of Education, Ila Orangun.
Likewise, there was a presentation of certificates to three Khuddam who graduated to Ansarullah and two most trustworthy artisans in the Jama’at.
The other dignitaries who attended the event include: Alhaji H.O. Sunmonu, former Amir AMJN; Mr. Abd. Azeez Ismail, Chairman, Osun State NYCN; Maulvi Mubarak Bello, Osun state Central Missionary; Muallim Tirmidhi Adeniran, Osogbo Circuit Missionary; Alhaji R.A. Soliu, former Circuit President; Dr. Kolawole, Imam of New Era Islamic Organisation; Bro Idris Fashina, Naib Mutamad II who represented Mr Omopariola; Bro. Nurudeen Abd. Lateef, Osun State Qaid; Tella Qamardeen, Osogbo Dil’a Qaid; Pa Salahudeen Hussein, Nazim Ansarullah Osogbo Dil’a; Hon. Taiwo Sumonu and Alhaja Wosila Sunmonu Hassan, among others.
