Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Ijebu-Igbo Dil’a has visited motherless babies home at Owu Ikija, Ogun State to show some sense of belongings to the orphans.
The Majlis, having reached the home, was welcomed by the security and the school management.
The school management ably represented by the Account Officer, Mr Olabanjo tendered their sincere appreciation for the visitation to the school.
However, the Majlis was not allowed to meet the children because the management were not informed before the visit.
In his remarks, the Account Officer apologized for not seeing the children, while using the medium to inform the Majlis the aims and objectives of the home.
While highlighting some of their responsibilities as taking care of orphans, responding to emergencies, strengthening the family and community at large, he maintained that the funding of the school is got from individuals/organizations that donate for the development of the school and the children.
In addition, Mr Olabanjo appreciated the District for its kind gesture.
At the end of the visitation, the Majlis donated some gift items for the home and had a group photograph with the management board and the security.
