Welfare: Etsako District visits aged, Ekiti State visits new couples


Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Etsako District has paid welfare visitations to aged members and members who have various health challenges in their residence at Auchi and Agbede respectively.

The welfare visitation was led by Edo/Delta Ilaqa Qaid, Bro. Suleiman Abu Isa and Etsako Dil’a Qaid, Bro. Idris Ibrahim, accompanied by 15 Majlis members. 

The members visited one Ansarullah who had recovered from a short illness, just as it also visited one Khadim who survived Lassa fever infection.

Besides, the Majlis proceeded to pay a visit to a Tifl who had a little accident on his way back from mosque where he went for Qur’anic class.

Similarly, two Lajna members were visited owing to their old age and inability to go to Mosque again.

In the course of the visits, prayers were said for the visited members after which little tokens were given to support their treatments.

The visits, which lasted for approximately one hour each, were aimed at sensitizing and encouraging members on the need to do more in the course of serving Allah.

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ekiti Ilaqa has paid visitations to some members in the state including new couples to mark its welfare programme held on 27th February, 2019.

The three-member delegation, led by the State Qaid, Bro. Abdul Azeez Abdullateef Sahib, started the visitation by paying visit to Bro. Yusuf Wasiu who welcomed the welfare team and offered presents to show his delight. Prayers was said for him and his spouse as a gift was presented to him.

The team also proceeded to GRA/Egbewa Street, the residence of Bro. Jimoh Ayyub Sahib who just wedded recently. The visiting team met his spouse who welcomed and entertained the team; prayers were offered for the couple after which a gift was also presented to them.

The welfare team further extended their visit to the residence of Bro. Daud Dada, a member who just did his skill acquisition’s freedom at Okebola Street, Ado-Ekiti. Prayers were offered for him by the team and words of advice were given to him. He appreciated the visit and entertained the team.

The team concluded the visit at Ureje/Poly Road at the residence of Bro. Tariq Giwa who just got married last year December and his brother, Mr Naeem Giwa. The Brother took the team round their newly-built house and requested for prayers over job and sustenance for his family. The Ilaqa Qaid led the prayers as requested after which the team was entertained by the family, The couple was also presented with a gift.
