Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Oyo State has donated school footwears to the pupils of Humanity First Nigeria and Primary School at Yeosa Village via Akufo, Ido LGA, Oyo State.
The gesture is in a bid to complement the efforts of Humanity First Nigeria and show humanitarian care to young minds. The Majlis donated not less than 25 pairs of school footwears to the pupils.
In his speech, State Qaid, Bro. Hussein Muftaudeen said that Majlis was here to contribute its own quota. His words: ‘As the youth wing of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, we felt the need to complement the laudable effort of building a school for the inhabitants of this village by Humanity First Nigeria.’
A class teacher, Mr. Taofeek Salaudeen, explained the challenges faced in the school as pupils followed their parents to market in certain market days before returning to school. He, however, appreciated the Majlis for deeming it fit to remember the kids.
The State Qaid appreciated the teacher and prayed Allah reward him in manifold, having sacrificed the enjoyment of the town for the sake of the kids and complemented humanity first project here at Yeosa Village.
Coca-Cola District Qaid, Bro. Raji Taoheed, whose domain the school is situated; State Welfare Officers, Bro. Awwal Abbas and his Naib, Bro. Aroyehun Hassan; Coca-Cola Atfal Secretary, Bro. Oyebamiji Muhydeen and State Nazim Isha’at Bro. Animasaun AbdurRasheed were all in attendance during the visit to the school.
