Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ikorodu District has educated no fewer than 190 students of Mahmud Ahmadiyya College, Ijede, Ikorodu during its Stop the Crime Campaign held on 13th March, 2019.
A group of 11 Majlis members visited the school to orientate the students on dangers of crime in the society.
The programme, anchored by Bro. AbdulKareem Mubarak, was divided into three sessions and handled by three by facilitators.
The students were happy after the presentation with evaluation remarks from one of the students.
During the presentation, 196 pieces of fliers were distributed to the students and guests for more enlightenment on stop the crime campaign.
The dignitaries at the event include: Dr (Mrs) B.O. Dikko, Principal; Mrs. T.A. Fagbolade, Vice Principal (Admin); Alhaji M.T.A Adeleke, Head of Account; Headmistress, Mahmud Primary School, Mrs. F. Ibrahim and Account Officer, Pa. A.R.Adegoke, among others.
In her remarks, the Principal, while expressing her gratitude and appreciation to MKAN for organizing such programme, challenged the students that Allah is watching them in anything they do, saying that they should always have it in mind that Allah sees them anytime they want to commit a crime.
Alhaji Adeleke also contributed that we should be prayerful and shun lying which is the root to all crimes. He then appreciated the Majlis for bringing such programme to Mahmud College, while imploring it to come another time so that all the students could benefit from the programme.
At the end of the event, questions were raised and answers were provided by the facilitators.
