AMSA SPED organizes Sports Competition

Ahmadi Muslim Students’ Association, (AMSA) Special Education has organized athletics competition for students of the school including visually impaired held on 5th April, 2019.

 A 200 metre race was organized in the school pavilion for both male and female participants, as 15 males and 11 females registered for the event.

At the end of the competition, Adeniji Victor emerged 1st, while Salahudeen Ismail and Hamzat Tajudeen came 2nd and 3rd respectively.

For the female 200 metres race, Rabiu Hubaidah came 1st, just as Adegboyega Mazeedah and Sodeko Tawakalt emerged 2nd and 3rd respectively.

Furthermore, the Association organized a six-kilometre race for visually impaired students.

A total number of 10 visually-impaired students participated in the race.

At the end, Okanlawon Adelani Idrees came 1st, Shakrullah AbdurRazaak took 2nd, while Akinyemi Mansur came 3rd.

Likewise, volleyball competition was organised at the school old pavilion between AMSA Special Education and Physical Health Education Students.

The Physical Health Education triumphed at the end of 3rd round of the competition.
