Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Osogbo District has held its 5th annual Qur’an and Quiz competition for Muslim Nursery and Primary Schools within the state on 11th May, 2019.
The programme was aimed at encouraging and promoting Qur’an recitation and memorization among Muslim schools and building the right mentality for success in the pupils to sustain their ambitions in life.

benefits to the communities ranging from tree planting, stop the crime campaign, blood donations to community work.

The programme had 116 pupils and 26 staff members from 14 different schools in attendance as each school was fully represented at both competitions.
The panel of judges for the Qur’an competition were Missionary Miftahudeen and Missionary Munawar while the panel for the Quiz were Missionary Abdulsalam, Bro Ogunsola Yusuf and Bro Akere Monsur. At the end of Qur’an competition, Viceroys Nursery and Primary School emerged 1st, Eeman Foundation School came 2nd as Mahmud Nursery and Primary school went home with 3rd position.
However, in Quiz competition, Mahmud Kiddies picked the 1st position, Viceroys Nursery and Primary School emerged 2nd while NACOMYO went home with 3rd position.
Among the dignitaries that graced the occasion were: Osogbo Circuit President, Pa Salaudeen Abdulkareem; Osun State Central Missionary, Maulvi Mubarak Bello; Circuit Missionary, Missionary Tirimidhi; Representative of the Co-ordinator of New Era Islamic Propagation; Representative of AMIS State Chairman and Mr. Adepoju, among others.
