The new Amir, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, Nigeria, Alh. Abdul Azeez Alatoye, has paid a courtesy visit to Edo/Delta Ilaqa on 20th August, 2019
The brief and unofficial visit, which lasted for a day, was aimed at proffering solutions to the challenges confronting the Jama’at.
The Amir also craved for members’ co-operations and loyalties as they are key to success.
During the visit, the Enogie of Ogida was also present at Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Mosque, Benin City to receive the Amir while Edo/Delta Majlis members played some key roles behind the scene.
In another development, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Auchi District also paid a welfare visit to Jama’at members in July/August, 2019.
The visits were paid to members that were facing health and other challenges of life.
Among those visited was Bro. Shuaibu Abdulqadri, an Ansarullah at Auchi, who had severe illness. The Ansar passed on that same week as the illness had sunk deeply in him. May Almighty Allah overlook his shortcomings and grant him paradise.
Also the Qaid, Ivianokpodi Muqam was visited. Bro. Yunusa Abdulhakeem lost his bro. Inusa Ahmed who was to some extent an active member of Etsako Dil’a.
The last person visited during the month was Muallim Yahaya Ayaghena who was retired from Agbede where he served as a Missionary to his home town Iviukhua. The retired Missionary has attained an old age in the service of Allah and he is currently having challenges with his sight.
Auchi Jama’at prayed for members that are facing one challenge or the other.
