Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Akinyele District has paid a visitation to the Nigerian Correctional Service at Agodi Gate, Ibadan on 20th September, 2019.
Prior request to visit the Nigerian Correctional Service, Agodi Gate, Ibadan has been solicited and approved.
The visit was led by Akinyele Circuit Missionary, Muallim Abdullateef Adelegan and Dil’a Qaid, Bro. Oladejo Habibullah. The Nazim Ansarullah was ably represented by the President, Agbowo Jamaat, Pa Abdulyekeen Oladejo.
The Correctional Central Mosque was used as the meeting point with the inmates. Brief introduction was done and lecture was given by the Circuit Missionary. Questions were sought from the inmates and all answered by the Circuit missionary.
The Imam of the mosque spoke to appreciate the visit, while calling for more visits to the place.
Bags filled of clothes, snacks (doughnut) and cash were presented as token to the inmates.
The visit lasted for an hour with 5 Khuddam and 4 Ansarullah members in attendance.
In another development, sixty children have participated in a 3-day Atfal Monthly Camp organized by Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Apata Dil’a between 20th and 22nd September, 2019.
The essence of the camp is focused on upbringing the young boys morally, inculcating in them modesty and also providing educational and Islamic trainings.
During the programme, the children were grouped into 3 classes based on their ages.
The highlights of the 3-day camping include: camp registration, review of the theme, “Salat” of the last IVC, Atfal syllabus, recitation and memorization of the Holy Qur’an, learning of Hadith and Qaseedah, educational events, Atfal meeting and sports, among others.
Moreso, as part of the condition for selecting the new Zaiq Atfal, Examination was conducted for the Stage III Atfal. Solaatul Tahjud was also included in this 3-day camping.
