Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya), Apata District has paid a welfare visitation to the Health Centre located at Police Post, Apata, Ibadan on 30th November, 2019 as a conclusive programme of the welfare week which started on 28th November, 2019.
The 17-man Majlis members visited the sick and other hospitalized patients and offered prayers for them.
The welfare team leader, in his introduction, explained to the health centre staffs the purpose of the visitation, while briefing them of the interminable development Ahmadiyya Community, Nigeria has been making and its impacts as far as humanitarian service is concerned.
He added that welfare service is the fundamental pillar of humanity, hence, the realization of mutual cooperation, love and sympathy among mankind.
Some of the materials donated to the Centre were syringes, cotton wool and some bottles of izal.
In her remarks, the Matron on duty, who received the gifts, commended the Ahmadi Muslim youths and offered heartfelt prayers for them.
In a related development, Members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya), Omi Adio also paid a welfare visit to the inmates at Agodi Custodial Centre on 17th December, 2019.
Nine Majlis members were led by the District Leader (Dil’a Qaid), Bro. Sarumi Abdul Hakeem with the present of Alh. Apooyin Abdul Hafeez, an Ansarullah member.
Brief introduction was done by the District Leader and was followed by a 25-minute lecture by Alh. Apooyin Abdul Hafeez, from which the inmates within and outside the mosque benefited immensely from the wealth of knowledge.
He made them realized that it is only Allah that can free them and not human and they should put their trusts only in Allah and increase their faith.
More than 70 tracts were distributed to those inside the mosque and some were left with the Imam.
Gift items and cash were donated to the inmates.
