Not less than 204 Ahmadi youths from Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Ogun State have participated in the Dignity of Labour (Waqar-e-Amal) held at Jamia Ilaro in preparation for the Jama’at’s Annual National Convention (Jalsa Salana) held between 20th and 22nd December, 2019.
Majlis members were tasked with the clearing of unwanted weeds. Meanwhile, the four-weeks that preceded the Conference was a busy schedule for Ogun Majlis members.
Specifically, not less than 150 Ahmadi youths from Ilaro District (Dil’a) reported weekly to work extensively on the site. Not only that, they also filled the portholes on the federal road leading to Jalsa venue.
In another development, the Ogun State Qaid (Youth Leader), Bro. Idris Ibrahim, has urged the state officers to be sincere and firm with their duties.
He made this known at the monthly state meeting held at Jamia Ahmadiyya Ilaro during the orientation programme of the newly elected officers.
Bro. Ibrahim acknowledged the great work done by the immediate past state officers, urging the new executives to emulate them in their good ways.
He admitted the fact that the service in the cause of Allah was not an easy task but he advised the members to be prayerful and sincere to God so as to carry out the responsibilities with ease in that without the help of Almighty Allah, nothing could be done.
He, on the last note, prayed for them that Allah strengthen, guide and guard them.
