MKAN Sadr, Mulk member pay courtesy visit to Lajna Sadr, urged to care for wives

The Sadr, Majlis Khuddamul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria, Bro Roqib Akinyemi and his Mulk (National) members have paid a courtesy visit to the Sadr, Lajna Imaillah Nigeria, Mrs Taofeeqah Aderoju Fagbolade on 19th December, 2021.

In his remarks, Sadr sought her support and cooperation in all aspects, noting that working together would bring growth and development to the Jama’at as a whole.

Responding, Naib Sadr II, Magistrate Salamat Matepo, advised all Majlis members to take good care of their wives and their family at large so that love and tranquillity would continue to herald in the family, hence transcend to the society, while praying for the MKAN Sadr’s tenure.

She also sought the full involvement of husbands in the home building and to have harmonized programmes that centre on home and marital building at all cost.

The Sadr Lajna explained that husbands and wives should tolerate one another and on no account should the husbands promise their wives he wouldn’t marry another wife, saying that if marrying more wives must be done, it has to be done rightfully.

Meanwhile, the Lajna General Secretary, Alhaja Odeyemi prayed for the success of the new Imarah, adding that as the backbone of the Jama’at, Majlis Khuddam should assist and help towards making a landmark achievement towards having healthy marriages and family lives.

Furthermore, MKAN support was sought towards the 100 years of Lajna Imaillah anniversary celebration worldwide.

Bro Ridwanullah Yusuf, Umumi Southwest implored our elderly women to focus on most young Lajna who are yet to marry to start low with our MKAN brothers who are ready to go into marital life. However, he put it to the Lajna to talk to Ansarullah to look into marrying most of our widows and divorced women.

Responding, the Sadr Lajna returned the assignment to the MKAN to speak to the Ansarullah as they are in the best position to do that.

Other attendees of the meeting include Mutamad MKAN, Bro Idris Fashina; Muavin Sadr, Bro Abdur-Raqeeb Shittu; Oyo State Qaid, Bro Ismail Olalekan; Ondo State Qaid, Bro Yusuf Shittu, Naib Muhtamin Umumi Southwest, Bro Ridwanullah Yusuf.
